Carl Edward Mills

Carl Edward Mills was born in Tampa, Florida on October 20, 1956 to McKinley Mills and Louise Mills.  He was predeceased by his brother Jimmy Mills.

At an early age Carl accepted Christ as his personal Savior. He was a graduate of Hillbrough High School, Class of 1974.

Carl has continuously put smiles on everyone face that he came in contact with and will forever hold a special place in our hearts.  He was the best son, father, husband, relative and friend that you could ever imagine.  He leaves us with precious memories and would love for us to remember his smile in a time of mourning.

Left to cherish his loving memories are his wife, Lisa Mills; mother, Louise Mills and father, McKinley Mills; daughter, Pamela Mills; grandsons, Landon Mills and Zy Turner;  nieces, Vanessa, Serena, Stephanie and CeCe Mills; nephew, Jeffrey Mills; a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
