Frederick Larry Walker was born on August 7, 1952 to the late Robert C. Walker and Beatrice Glanton Walker in Capps, Alabama.

Fred joined the Rocky Mount Baptist Church at an early age and attended the Henry County Training School. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Buster and Gertrude Walker, his father, Robert C. Walker and his two brothers, Randolph and Robert Earl Walker.

Fred leaves to cherish his memories a loving mother, Ms. Beatrice Glanton Walker of Abbeville, AL; his children, Linda Katryce Walker of Nashville, AR, Frederick Jermaine Walker (Laticia) of Dothan, AL, Patrick Walker of Birmingham, AL, and Melissa Spann McKinnon (Trevor) of Warner Robbins, GA; eight grandchildren; six sisters, Mertice Linton (Booker Scrivens) of Naples, FL, Carolyn Hill (James Price) of Abbeville, AL, Bobbie Lynn of Abbeville, AL, Linda Walker Clark (Michael) of Daleville, AL, Robbie Walker Reynolds of Abbeville, AL and Denise Walker Moonschein (Mark) of Daleville, AL; two brothers, Eddie James Walker (Angela) of Abbeville, AL and Perry Walker of Daleville, AL; two aunts, Zora Walker of Naples, FL and Genitha Walker of Hillside, NJ; two loving caregivers, Chandra and Prince Permaul of Jersey City, NJ; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
