OBITUARY

Peacefully surrounded by his family, Jessie James Marshall passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 74.

Jessie took great pride in repairing and building homes. His legacy lives on in the homes he restored and the lives he touched along the way.

Jessie was previously united in matrimony to the late Deloise Marshall, and to this union, two children were born: LaDina (Xavier) and Jessie, Jr.

Jessie leaves two additional sons, Michael and Bradford Paige.Jessie will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Quayshaun, Janecia, Ashya, and Zyon; his siblings, Elisha (Dorothy) Marshall, Clidy Mae Pinkins, Elnora Jackson, and Lizzie Hill; and numerous other family members and friends.

Jessie was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Bell Cohen, and his siblings: Carrie Marshall, Judy Latham, Julie Mae Thompson, Mary Richardson, Ruth Toliver, and Charlie Marshall.
