Jordan Nicholas Griffin was born October 4, 1997 to James and Deborah Griffin.
Jordan attended Abbeville High School and graduated Class of 2016. He was very active, always with a smile on his face dancing and having a good time. Jordan spent most of his time taking care of his son Jayden. They were always fishing, hunting and playing basketball. Jordan was the life of the party. He enjoyed playing baseball, football and basketball (his favorite). He played travel ball with Dothan Gymrats and Dothan Blaze in his youth. When he entered high school, Jordan played for Abbeville High School Yellow Jackets. After graduating high school, he attended LBW College in Andalusia, Alabama. Jordan returned home and started working at American Machine and Manufacturing (Abbeville, AL), PSSI Tyson Foods (Baker Hill, AL), and Department of Corrections Observer (Bullock County, AL). He was actively working with Jones Vault and Septic (Abbeville, AL).
Jordan transitioned from his earthly life to his eternal home on August 13, 2023. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Robert and Claudine Trice, and his paternal grandmother Charlotte Griffin.
Memories of Jordan will forever be cherished by his son Jayden Nyshun Griffin; his parents James and Deborah Griffin; one brother James “Lil J” Griffin; his twin sister Jasmine Nicole Griffin; one niece Emery Jai Griffin; two honorary brothers Lorenzo and Corenzo Smith; his grandfather James Edward Griffin, Sr; godmother Mary Goldsmith; nine uncles David, Bobby, William, Michael and Robert Trice, Leon (Betty) Trice, Kalvin (Amy) Trice, Kenneth (Angela) Trice, Adam (Tiffany) Griffin; two aunts Mary Ann Hall and Michelle Griffin; a host of other relatives and many friends.
