Macy was born on August 26, 1968 in Barbour County to the late Sam H. Green and the late Maggie Bell Tyson Green
A TIME TO LIVE:
Macy received her education through Eufaula City School System. She loved to cook, clean, decorate and care for her family. She was the life of the party and displayed so much love to her family.
A TIME TO BUILD:
At an early age Macy joined the Mount Olive Baptist Church and remained a member until her death. Macy spent time caring for her family and church family.
A TIME TO MOURN:
On August 20, 2022 Macy departed this life. Preceding her in death is her husband, Artie Timbers, Sr.; her parents, Sam and Maggie Green; brothers and sisters, J.C. Green, Jesse Green, Beatrice Palmer, Vickie Green, Carolyn Green.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Jakia (Fredrick) Gooch, Melanie (Chad) Gosha, Maniya Green and Carolystic Burden, all of Eufaula, AL, Artie Timbers, Jr. and Toshiba (Antonie) Jones of Phenix City, AL, Jemetreus Richardson of Georgetown, GA; her mother and father-in-law, Joan and Leonard Lynn of Eufaula, AL; her siblings, Charles (Chydonna) Green, Connie (Jimmy) Jernigan, Katrina (Orah) Uchenna, Sharon Bush, Sabrina Lynn, Lenada Lynn and Rebecca Timbers; two brothers-in-law, Hubert Palmer and Ricky (Anita) Timbers; two goddaughters, Tara Hamler and Breanna Walker; two special cousins, Mary Pearl Morris and Iris Sue Thomas; a special uncle, Wade Green and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and friends.
