Shelley Michael Gibbs

Shelley Michael Gibbs was born on March 3, 1958 to Mae Beulah (Scott) Gibbs and Jimmy Lee Gibbs in Chicago, IL. Mr. Gibbs who was best know as Mike to his family and friends was preceeded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Mike received the Lord at an early age at Antioch Baptist Church. He attended Eufaula High School where he played the trumpet in the high school band. He also attended Troy University and was a founding member of the Alpha Phi Alpha on Troy Campus. He worked many years at Hughes Manufacturing Plant until he relocated to Birmingham, AL.
