Tobias "Toby" Maurice Laster

Tobias Maurice Laster was born May 4, 1984, to Debbie Laster Freeman and Jerome Corbitt. He departed this life at Medical Center Barbour on March 16, 2024.

He was educated in the Eufaula School System. He graduated from Eufaula High School in 2002. He was awarded an athletic scholarship to attend Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. He later attended and graduated from Tulsa Welding School in Jacksonville, Florida. He enjoyed cooking, playing drums, and giving everyone a nickname. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother Debbie Laster Freeman and grandfather Samuel Corbitt Jr. 

His memories will always be cherished by his father, Jerome (Patricia) Corbitt of Holly Springs, NC; four children, Jakobi Tobias Laster of Eufaula, AL, Kimoria Tobias Laster and ZaTovan Emmanuel Laster of Euclid, OH, and Ashlyn Lashay Laster of Forth Worth, TX; devoted companion Latoya Warren (Aakari, Aniya, and Asia Harris) of Eufaula, AL; one sister Jessica Laster Davis of Kodak, TN; three brothers Dexter O'Brian Mitchell of Eufaula, AL; Maurice Jerome Corbitt and Breandas Jamir Corbitt of Holly Springs, NC; devoted grandparents Robert E, Laster and Nettie P Laster of Eufaula, AL; grandmother Jean Corbitt of Eufaula, AL and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, beloved relatives and friends.
